Our (all-vegetarian!) tasting at the Swan Club! With pics!

Our tasting yesterday was DELICIOUS.

We started with a fruit plate and a salad. Didn't take pics of those because well...it's just fruit and salad.

Then FH and I split the appetizer duet that we're pretty set on choosing - a vegetable strudel with a roasted red pepper sauce:



It was soooooo good.

Following that was one of our entree choices - a roasted red pepper stuffed with mushroom rissotto:



Then there was dessert...

An ice cream eclair for me:



FH got a sundae. I was like 'a sundae? really? )



We left there STUFFED. I can only imagine how full people will be after that kind of meal PLUS our CH.

I have such confidence that the Swan Club will make people rethink that vegetarian food CAN be filling and fancy.

I love that FH and I do not have to compromise our ethical beliefs on our special day.
