Our bid lost
We didnt get the house. It was not the money that was the factor but that the winning person was willing to pay IN ALL CASH.....Can you imagine???
The owner told the realtor she was sad too because she really loved me and FH but couldnt turn down an offer that great.
He has till FRiday to come up with the cash and go to contract...they wont show the hosue anymore. If he fails to do so, it comes down to us and another couple who were within $500 of each other....
