our bid was accepted!!!!

Yesterday we went to look at a condo in Holbrook and we put in a bid. We just got the call this morning that they accepted. I am so excited.

The selling agent wants us to come in right away to sign the binder,b ut my husband is working, so well see what we can work out about that.

I just wanted to share my excitement with all of you.
