Holy Cow!!!!!!!
My emotions are all over the place!!! Just last week I was thinking I'd never find my home!!!!!!!!!! And last night we did!!!!!! It's a ranch in a VERY GOOD area that we didn't think we could afford!!!!!

I don't want to say too much, at least until we go to contract!!!! the engineer is coming tomorrow!!!!!!!!

I'm a mess right now..excited ..nervous!!!!! And worse thing is my mom and Dad are away (bora Bora) and I haven't been able to tell them!!!!! They get home Tuesday!!!

PS I know most of you didn't even know we bid on this house...it all happened so fast..we saw it we loved it and bid last night...we found out this morning!!!!

But I have to say it's wonderful...large yard, park around the corner..open floor plan...
now comes all the stress of waiting...for a closing...

thank you everyone!!!!! Engineers report came back great today!!!!! Minor electrical stuff that will have to be fixed by closing....which as of right now is tentative Sept...
As soon as my lawyer gets the contract I'll spill the dteails!!!!!!! I don't want to jinx it!!!!
