I am still in shock - I cant believe it - The engineer is scheduled for Wednesday - I am so excited - I cant believe it - It happened so fast.....


Update: This is the house and the inspection went good.... Now we start the contract phase....

Thanks - we are like on cloud 9 - it happened so fast - I cant wait to go into contract... I guess its not going to be mine till after closing - but hey - I can wait.....

How did everything go today with the engineer? I was wondering because we seem to be on the same schedule. We found a house the same day and our engineer came today

Things went good... There are a few things that need to get done by the owner now - NOTHING MAJOR... Little BS things - and anything else was cosmetic - What about you??

We had nothing major either. All little things. Like three prong outlets and some corking around the windows. I feel so relieved. Now on to the contract

Us too with the electric and he has to put a banister on the basement stairs.... The rest was cosmetic....
