Our Day at Sears (Hell) LONG!**UPDATE

Re: Our Day at Sears (Hell) LONG!

I dont even know what to say. You have to bribe the Sears employees to get your child in for a holiday pic!?? I'd call the main # and speak to them again - tell them b/c you had to wait so long your child was tired, cranky etc. and you didnt even get a good shot (not a lie, right?) If they dont offer, tell them point blank that you want some resititution. Im sure they will do something for you....and go to another Sears for more pics (hopefully free) when you get there tell them your other experience. I bet they'll be extra nice to you.

How incredibly obnoxious!

That is horrible! My cousin just tried to take her two kids (2 years and 10 monyhs) and she said she had to wait hours and by that point neither of her girls were very happy. (not sure where she went though) Hopefully you can take some nice pics yourself so you don't have to deal with this again.

I got a call from the Sears store manager she is sending me a gift cert for a free potrait session!! She could not believe what happened either!

I took 20 photos of Patrick today I don't know how great they came out.

I also made an EARLY appoitment for portraits at JC Penney on Dec 2. it might be to late to get them by Christmas but I don't care!!

OMG!! Which Sears did you go to because I have an appt on Friday at 7:45PM to take Gianna's picture!

I'm dreading it because that's the time she starts getting cranky and falling asleep, so God only knows how this is going to go!! I have the last appt, which means I could be there until midnight!!!

I'm glad that you called the main office because they should definitely know what's going on!!!

Tracy, my best friend had a problem with a Sears too. She has a 6 month old and her appointment was at 5:45. She did not get in until about 7:15 and after that they moved her to another room. She yelled and screamed too. She said that they came out ok but before they went to Sears, they took the baby to Santa in the mall and took pictures there and she said that those pictures came out beautiful.

We went to Sears last night and Aidans pictures came out incredible! We only waited like 15 minutes. We went to the one in the Sunvet Mall on Sunrise Highway --- It is nice because it is only a portrait center-- you dont get as many walkins-- and it is not crowded. It is a big center. They were very nice to us --I have never had a problem at Sears.

That's infuriating. To be honest though, as much as Sears just proved their incompetency, I can't believe the other families went ahead and knowingly jumped the line.

What rude selfish people.....and what message is that sending to their kids? That no one's more important than them?!

UGH!
