Put it in your album. Or if it's on a website, you can right click, select properties, and copy the image URL. You can also do this to put it in the post after you upload it to your album.

go to pain, go to view on the toolbar, click on stretch and skew...you will see it says horizontal 100% and vertical 100% just make that percentage smaller, do 30% if its a real big pic or make the number higher if its not too large to begin with, after that just click on save as and thats it
