Crest Hollow finally approved our waiver to have Village Florist as our vendor. FH has been so wonderful following up with both florist and Crest Hollow. So relieved...so I guess I can finally say..check!
Thanks ladies! I knew that our BM said anything goes as long as the vendor had insurance, they just wanted to keep us waiting and sweating!
btw, FH had been the one to pursue this since he works less hours and is what you'd call OCD organized. Thankfully!

Congratulations! may I ask what happened b/w crest hollow and your florist?
While going over the contract when we booked in June, I questioned why there was a checkmark next to 'must use house florist.' Our BM said that if we use an outside vendor, we need to have them sign a waiver. Fine. Our BM was out sick, so when we made a payment in September and asked for another waiver, the BM we dealt with, who is training as I later found out, said that we MUST use one of their florists. It took almost a month for the manager-in-training to let us know that her boss approved of our florist.
Suffice to say, I am so glad that our BM Sharon is back
