Our house is for sale

If anyone is interested or looking, we put our house on the market. It is in Selden. We are looking to move back to Nassau coutny. We are looking like Bellmore, Merrick or Wantagh. It is so much more expensive, but both are families are in Nassau, and he works in the city and me in Hicksville, so we figured while the rates were so low, now would be the time to move.

Liz - your house is very nice. I am sure you will get close to your asking price...it looks beautiful!

We are also looking in Nassau, and it is very frustrating. There's not much to offer in our price range, unless we want to gut the place and start from scratch. You may have better luck b/c you have the profit from your home sale to use as a down payment on a more expensive home.

Suzanne, I love Bellmore. I grew up there so I can first hand say the school district is great. I have some nieces and nephews there now and they are all doing great in school

I live in North Bellmore and my neighbor across the street is selling her house! (Old britton estates) It is a beautiful brick split and everything is brand new, it has been in with Weichert realtors.. let me know if you want more info! Good luck!
