Our Newest honeymoon idea...

So, it doesn't look like we'll be able to go away after our wedding since I'll probably have to start work on the 15th...

So, we think we're going to go drive down to VA the day after the wedding and stay one night in our apartment (and drop off our loot of course )

Then we'll drive to VA Beach and spend 2 or three nights at this hotel that i've wanted to stay at for about 15 years, the Cavalier on the Hill Cavalier Hotel

And then we'll drive to Williamsburg and stay at a Bed and Breakfast for one or two nights, and play around in Colonial Williamsburg (I'm a nerd and love the Colonial Period).

We're thinking we'll go AWAY away for our 2 year anniversary/to celebrate Kev's graduation from his EDs program

And ya know what... this is my favorite idea yet.

Oh, good for you!!! The most important thing is that you guys get away and spend time together, I think this is a great idea!

Probably to Hawaii - That's where we really wanted to go all along, but knew that we wanted at least 10 days, and wouldn't have it.

Yes... and the best part is I'm finally not stressed out about this honeymoon anymore...

And I get to stay at the Cavalier - my dad and step-mom are going to be so jealous

I liked the idea. FH and I are trying to decide what to do...because if i get a teaching job I don't know how much time I will get off and what the policy is as a new teacher...especially after a holiday!!!

It sounds like a lovely idea! I love it! It sounds relaxing, romantic and non-stressful...and you get to go away with your honey, you can't get better!
