Ok ladies, let's put together our next GTG! I know we had briefly discussed doing something at a local park (Eisenhower for example) where everyone can mix and mingle.
Thoughts? I am going to post a poll for the date separately, but want to know if everyone is interested in a park picnic or would prefer something else.
I am excited to see everyone again!

let's save that for winter when you cant be outside. I think the fall is SO nice for something outside.
If the response is that people prefer something indoors, obviously I can cave. lol

The Bayard Arboretum is beautiful and has a mansion where you can get high tea. I've done it, its very cute! and then you can hang out outside.

I vote for park! The beach requires bathing suits which might result in pictures of me in a bathing suit.

I am laughing b/c I feel the same way NO BATHING SUIT. Maybe the park would be good especially if we hit a indian summer... Iknow at Eisenhower we normally just try to get there early for a spot when it is a small party. Maybe we set for that with a back up for a restaraunt near by? We could always cancel the day before.

I agree with this. We could always have a back up location (Mara's or a restaurant) but the park in the early Fall should be nice, barring rain.
Ok, go vote on the date and we can move on with coordinating who is bringing what item etc.

I like the idea of doing it in a park. Only thing to consider in the park is I believe that you have to have permits unless we want to do just a picnic or something like that.
But like Melissa said..... my house is always open to you girls for a G2G!
I know its on the north shore, but if we wanted to do this in a Town of Oyster Bay park.....there are a quite of few and really nice ones!!! I can help with getting a permit, that is where FH works.
