I think they are just letting us know ahead of time since they are married and they know what it is like trying to figure out numbers. They are very close with FH at work and just wanted to let him know early.

I figured that - I was just joking:) It will be easier planning/budgeting with a better idea of a head count.

I know that once we started this wedding planning stuff that I was more aware of the time and effort that went into a wedding and tried to be extra considerate about RSVPing.
