A friend of mine just sent this to me.... it's a good read and makes sense these days. On a side note, is it weird that I want to invite this friend to my wedding even though I've NEVER met her? She lives in Texas and we met through mutual friend blogsites over 5 years ago. She's like a penpal but we just write emails vs. letters.......How weird would that be?

Re: Our Wedding: Unplugged
My FH invited someone he has never met to our wedding. He knows this guy through a mutual friend and has been good friends with this guy on Facebook, over e-mail, text and IM for a good 8 years, but they never met! The most ironic part about all this - I actually have met this guy because we went to college together!

Re: Our Wedding: Unplugged
That is odd, and such a SMALL world...
Yea she definitely won't know anyone there except me or at least least i think so. Of course she knows about my life, my FH, etc. I've literally been friends with her through college, marriage, 2 kids, etc.... I kinda feel like if she's willing to travel here, why not right?

Re: Our Wedding: Unplugged
It can't hurt! The way I see it, people like to be invited to things, even if they decide not to go. It's better to invite her and have her say no than to not invite her and maybe regret it later.
