OUT OF BREATH!!

Ok so yesterday i got stuck in the elevator here at work for like 15 minutes.. ALONE!!! so now im kind of paniced about getting back in.. so i have decided to take the stairs and im on the seventh floor.. its good excersize but i feel like i am going to die for like 20 minutes after...any suggestions from any of you work out ladies?

Remember to breath ...When I run, I breathe two in through my nose and one out my mouth. It leaves more oxygen in your lungs and totally helps me!

OMG, Suzanne. I would have freaked. That is one of my worst fears...being stuck on an elevator or being in an elevator and it falling.

I don't have the options of using the stairs-I work on the 39th floor of my building. Now, THAT would be a workout.

You will have buns and thighs of steel in no time

God i hope so, buns of steal will be NICE!!!

I did freak out, i am clostrophobic, and i paniced plus im new here so i felt like an ass..lol.. so embarrassed, thank god i ripped the doors open myself.. i had so much panic energy!!LOL.. i always think everytime i get into the elevator i hope it doesnt stop,.,cant believe it happened./.

Cira, thanks for the advise,, i was breathing through the mouth the whole time, i think i may have even hyperventalted!! LOL.. im trying it your way next!!!
