any suggestions for groomsmens gifts that arent so typical? I got all my girls totes filled with goodies and they are all different to match their own likes and dislkies...so...my fh wanted to do the same. the thing is...my bro is one gm and fh's bro is the best man. I would think that they should get special gifts....any ideas?
my bro is a camera operator for tv/film...he operators a jib ( huge camera crane) and is very much into that stuff....being like my dad he is also into expensive suits and shoes...lol but how many cufflinks can one man have....

we got our groomsmen ipod shuffle, best man #1 a leather portfolio monogrammed, and best man #2 an ipod shuffle and a monogrammed card case. DH got really nice mono'd beer mugs from a wedding he was in and we use them!
not sure your budget but maybe one of the new ipod nanos that just came out?
Edit: oops, saw your wedding date. the new nanos wont be as novel in Feb and something new might even be out by then

I like watches..a man can't have too many watches and you can customize them to their lifestyle. diving watches, dress watches, sport watches, etc.
Also, nice wallets... a nice leather wallet.. Coach, Gucci, etc.

FH and I were just in a wedding... he got a gift bag with a bottle of his favorite vodka, monogramed shot glass, cufflinks, a fancy key ring, leather wallet. The best man got the same, but instead of a shot glass he got a flask, and along with cufflinks he got a silver chain from Zales. I found out from the bride and groom that instead of all the little stuff that the best man and moh would never use, they wanted to get them concert tickets, but the concert was sold out.

my friend gave the GM's all those soft coolers with their names on it- it was super cute cause they all love to fish and it would be great for their trips-
another idea i heard was a couple months subscription to a beer club
or if they like to BBQ- a fancy BBQ tool set and have the case monogrammed.

DH got the guys leather overnight bags with their names punched into the leather..they were really nice & super reasonable! ...and all the guys loved them because they were so practical He did get his best man(who was his brother) a little something extra which was a personalized business card holder/money clip in one...this was mainly because his brother had just gotten a promotion to be the district manager of his company... he got himself & his brother matching ones.. hope this helps!

We got our GMs and my Man of Honor gift certificates to their favorite restaurants. No worries about them having too many whatevers and it's definitely something they would use.
Since i posted this topic I found my gifts so if you havent seem my post..here is what we got them....they have all different sets..we got 7 different ones...for wine drinkers, whiskey, brandy, beer and so on...love this idea!
