Re: out of town bags

Here's ours:

We welcome our guests from far and near,
And say a big thank you for being here!
Here are some goodies for you to use and eat
To make your stay a little more sweet
We’re so glad that you chose to stay,
And celebrate our wedding day!

We know that you traveled a very long way
To join in the celebration of our special day.
Here's a basket of goodies we've placed in your room,
A small token of thanks from the bride and the groom!

Re: out of town bags

As we come upon our special day,
FH and FW would like to say…
Welcome and enjoy your stay,
And thanks for coming all this way.

Please enjoy these gifts that we share,
They are brought to you with love and care.

OR

We made a little bag,
completely full of treats,
whether your mouth gets dry and thirsty,
or you're in the mood for some sweets.
Its just a small token
full of our love, hugs and kisses,
to thank you for the trip you've made
to see the new Mr. and Mrs.

OR

We know you've come from far and wide
to share the joy of groom and bride.

And since you've come from far away,
we want to thank you on this day.

So before the vows are through,
we thought that we would welcome you.

Enjoy!!

OR

We are so glad you chose to stay,
To help us celebrate our wedding day!

Here are some goodies for you to eat,
To make your stay a little more sweet!

You'll find treats from places both far and near,
But each from a place that we hold dear.
We hope these things help you and bring you some glee,
It's just a little thanks from the newlyweds-to-be.

Re: out of town bags

I just made my up, it is cheezy!

We are so happy that you are here
to celebrate our wedding day!

Inside are directions,
In case you lose your way.

And a few treats
To get you through your stay.

Enjoy the time and family too,
& let’s party & dance the night away!

I decided to make OTB the day before everyone starting showing up! (I quickly threw together snacks, water, directions and candy).
