hi girls- I'd like to put together a letter and packet to send to my out of town guests including the hotel info. Anyone else doing this? Any cute ideas of what else to include? My wedding is at Flowerfield, in St James, and I blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn in Hauppaugue.Thanks!
Our wedding is in the city, so we're putting together a Save the Date package that includes the hotel info, local restaurants, info on a local mani/pedi place, and things to do in NYC. We're also giving all OOT guests goodie bags when they check in that include: an apple, a bottle of water with custom labels, a hershey bar with custom label, a 5th Ave bar, a NYC map and NY satate lottery ticket, a customer crossword puzzle (NYC trivia and trivia on me and my FI).
