OUT OF TOWNERS....HELP!!!

OUT OF TOWNERS....HELP!!!

Hey girls! so my fiance is originally from Chile, and several of his family members will hopefully be coming to the wedding... what do i do about getting them to the church..from the church to the reception? and then to a hotel or my FH's parents house? HELP!!

I only have a few out of towners, so it didnt pay to get a separate shuttle bus - we are doing a 21 passenger infiniti truck for bridal party and some out of town family -
Its just so expensive no matter how u do it UGH

We are giving out the number of a cab company because we cannot afford a shuttle or minivan or anything of that nature :(
However if your guests are coming from out of country, I might look into a shuttle. But if you can't afford it, do the cab number..and try and work out a deal (we did).

We got a coach bus from the hotel to the reception. It looks as though we are going to also need a 30 person shuttle to handle overflow! So many people decided to stay at the hotel! Gonna be a GREAT after-party!

i say either get a shuttle for everyone. but if that cost too much, i think they should book a hotel room next to the church and then have some family members drive them to the ceremony. I have been an OOT guest (and bridesmaid) at many weddings and i managed to get to and from the church and the reception hall without a shuttle. they should be fine :)
