What is everyone doing? I am having my ceremony outside (hopefully) at the RH. I think my first choice would be to use recorded music but they do not have a portable AV system and I am having live music for the reception so I have no DJ to ask for help. Ideas?

My ch is supposed to be outside at CHCC too and I'm not having music. When I spoke to my BM Eric he said I could have the DJ play it outside but between everyone talking and the sound of the waterfalls no one would really hear it.

I was told by my BM that they could play music as we come down the aisle but that is it. She told me the same thing about live music not being heard (at ceremony or cocktail hour) so i am not wasting money on it

Did your BM tell you that they could provide the music? Outside? Mine told me they did not have a portable system and since we do not have a DJ I am confused....

No he said we could have the DJ pipe it through if we wanted to..he didn't say anything about a portable system.

Were hÀvin a singer/instrument play from our band...they also have great vendor on here that play guitar or a harp!

I didn't think about ceremony music, maybe just a recording, but for cocktail we're hoping to have steel drums being played. Was thinking of surprising my FI with bagppipers.
