My FH and I decided to do something similar. We were originally looking at Sunken meadow but it was pretty costly so we opted for the backyard! We are having catered by Coliseum Caterers and so far they have been great! Sounds like they'll have an awesome party!![]()
We are doing a really small engagement party at our house in a few weeks. We're opting to do a two-part party, the first being the afternoon of bbq and cake and whatnot, then we're going to invite some of the friends and the younger crowd (once older family is gone) to stick around, play rockband and wii and hang out on the boat until it gets late enough to go to a bar or something. That way it's a nice afternoon for the families and a fun night for our bridal party and ourselves.
