Outdoor Engagement Photo Locations

Hi ladies,

FH and I are about to book our photographer and are hoping to schedule our engagement shoot ASAP when there is still nice foliage and weather.

Any ideas for park-like places in Nassau County? Hoping to avoid site/permit fees. I think I know of the most commonly used places (Old Westbury Gardens, Planting Fields) just thought maybe I might be missing somewhere!

We haven't done ours yet but picked Gerry park as well with our photographer for this coming spring!

Heckscher Park in Huntington, Sands Point Preserve, Vanderbilt Museum Grounds, Oyster Bay, Hempstead State Park, Massapequa Preserve

So did we! Right around this time last year....the foliage was beautiful (pics in albums)
