Are any of you girls doing both an inner and outer envelope? I was seeing if I can get away with just doing 1 envelope lol, or is it a must?
We didn't do an inner envelope. I remember the first time I received a wedding invitation with an inner envelope I was like, what the fudge is this?! LOL! I was probably about 18 and had no idea about wedding etiquette. I don't think the inner envelope is necessary unless your wedding/invites are super formal.

i did a pocket invitation so i wouldnt need the inner
I think the double invites are very traditional/old school. Not sure that anyone is really doing that much anymore. I haven't picked my invites yet. My FMIL is VERY traditional though, so she'll probably make me do them. If it was up to me, I'd say no way.

I didn't do an inner envelope. Didn't feel the need too. Since it's the second thing that's thrown in the garbage after the outer envelope.

I did an outer and inner envelope..I'm kinda old school but got modern with RSVP via a wedding website ..I don't want to sort through RSVP cards
I only got an inner envelope because I liked the color of the inner lining, plus it was only $25 for 120 so I just went for it lol
I also have a pocket invitation. Besides... 'aint nobody got time for that'
