Can anyone recommend a good, reliable, decently priced vendor to print my outer envelopes?
I am REALLY at a crunch for time.
Thanks!

Re: OUTER ENVELOPE PRINTING!
I printed our inner & outer envelopes myself in Word, it's very easy to do...if you don't have time maybe you could ask a friend/family member to do them....as far as a vendor I'm not aware of any.

I did them myself as well. They weren't too hard since they weren't lined (the lined ones were more of a challenge).
BTW, The Pearl River Hilton is beautiful! We went to a wedding there in May.

Oh really?! What a relief! I'm so glad you liked it.
Were there any low points in the service you think I might want to know about?
I might try a few test runs on the computer, but I would have rather had the envelopes printed professionally. . .in reality, people throw them in the trash anyway!

Try Mr. Digital Printing- it is on New Highway in Farmingdale, close to adventureland...I'm getting a bunch of stuff, menus, programs, etc., done there, and the prices are super reasonable

Nope, everything was wonderful!!! The cocktail hour was great as was the reception. We didn't stay at the hotel since we only live a few miles away but, a lot of our friends did and their rooms were great!

i did them in word too. it's real simple. just go to envelopes and labels and put in the size of your envelopes. then it sets you up in a template just type insert and print! try it out...if it doesn't work, then def try a printing company but fast!!! i used LYN graphics to print my invites. they are in hicksville, 516-931-6000. tell them jessica sent you. they are friends of mine!

i had a horrible experience printing envelopes and i always said i would splurge on this
i ordered from my invitation company BUT check out the calligraphy page on here. . . most do computer printing now.
try inkspun.com....Bill was very fast, reliable, & moderately priced (outer envelopes I believe are maybe .40 each? I paid a rate of .70 for inner & outer combined....it's computer calligraphy, but it looked awesome!) HTH!!

Another computer calligraphy vendor, which I used is www.reavesengraving.com. They were very reliable and SO FAST! I had the invites in a week.

Re: OUTER ENVELOPE PRINTING!
I did them myself on the computer. Smart Weddings software was so easy. They look professionally done, after you put in all the addresses it took like 10 min to do 150 envelopes
The software cost $35 Calligrapher cost much more than that

I second EZ Calligraphy! I've worked with them before for other events & just dropped my envelopes off with Michelle last night. She is fantastic. Here are some LIW Reviews and a link to her website

I am going to go with Inkspun.com too. Very good prices if you don't want to/have time to DIY. I am so thankful for LIWeddings chat.

I am using Inkspun, he is very reasonable! I think its .39 for each envelope, and his turn around time is a few days.....

Re: OUTER ENVELOPE PRINTING!
I bought my invitations from long island wedding boutique (in Commack, I think, or around there). Once I got them my list of addresses it only took like a day or two for them to finish them and call me to come pick them up, and they came out beautifully! I don't know how much they'd charge you for it since they might have given me a reduced price since I'd gotten my invitations from them, but it's worth a try. Give them a call - they're all very nice there, but I worked with Bridget and she was very patient with me, and very friendly.
