Outside Wedding

Outside Wedding

My dream is to get married outside in a garden. I know that Majestics Garden offers this, but does anyone else know of any receptions hall that have this very important feature? The only problem is rain........I want a place that if it rains, i'm not crying my eyes out cause the inside ceremony would stink.....Maybe a place that can accomodate a tent if need be? Any suggestions?

Try Woodbury Country Club. They have a heated tent for when it's raining or cooler out, but you also have the option of having it indoors or by the gazebo.

Depending on how large your guest list is, the Swan Club allows for an outisde wedding...and it's already under an awning/tent that has sides that can come down if it rains [although i did make them promise me the building that is for 'inside' cermonies if it rained]. We loved it!

The Thatched Cottage also offers an out door wedding.

Westbury Manor has an outdoor ceremony location but if it rains, I don't think they will put a tent up. They have the ceremony in the reception room. But it's still beautiful!

We had our ceremony outdoors, there it was beautfiful! If it rains they set up the manor room like a chapel which is also gorgeous - they did this for the wedding of the year, you can check out the pics there. You can also check out my review for pics of the outdoor ceremony.

This is where my Fh proposed to me.. Right in front of the fountain. So romantic, but the ballroom is too small for my family.

Thanks to all you ladies...I have made my list.

BTW: I went to the Riviera tonight. It was beautiful but a lil small also. Quoted $110 for Sat. night

Woodbury CC can do a small ceremony under the tent, and the swan club does their ceremony in a little room with tons of windows and stuff so you feel like you are outside.

Westbury Manor told us if it rains they do not provide a tent they move it inside.

Fox Hollow has an outdoor space, as well as an indoor room for ceremonies. Watermill has a nice outdoor space & if you're getting married in the daytime they also offer an indoor ceremony room.

check out flowerfield!!!! You can get married outside in the garden...or, if it rains, inside in the garden....I love flowerfield!
