Over a month for e-pics

FH and I took our e-pics on June 26th. Our photog took over 100 pics and when we were finished taking the pics he mentioned he was in the process of moving studios and that it would be a while for him to get the pics to us. I told him we were having our e-party on July 19th and we would at least like a few pics for then and he said it wouldn't be a problem.
Well it's now July 27th and we still have nothing. I feel if I email him I'm being a pest and FH and I don't know what to do. I don't think he was planning on doing any touch ups to the pics, he was just going to delete the bad ones and upload them onto pictage and send us the link.
Do you think it is being a PITA if we send him an email asking when we can expect our pics? I know in our contract it says our wedding pics will take about 3-4 months before we have proofs but I didn't expect to wait that long for our e-pics. What would you do?

I would def. send an email. I mean, if you tried calling me day in and day out...then I would see that as being a pest. Otherwise an email expressing how you feel and explinging how you did want them by the 19th... he's supposed to be suiting your needs. Send the email. :) Goodl uck

I def think you can email or even call them... our photographer told us about two weeks and as soon it was a day after two weeks I called him.

By the end of that day though he had them all online, I think he just needed a reminder.

I do not think you are being PITA. I would definately call the photographer he assured that it would not be a problem to get them to you by the 19th. Epics should not take that long. If he did not contact you about the delay I find that very inconsiderate.

that's a mighty long time...are they digital pics? those can be downloaded and emailed in one day

Yes they are digital pics. Thanks girls, I think either FH or I will email him tonight. (Going to his office is out since it is in Brooklyn).

i think you're well within your rights considering he failed to meet your july 19th deadline after assuring you it was no problem. i'd be kinda mad about that.
