Definitely under! That's the only way to go for me. Whenever FI puts a new roll of toilet paper up (which is rarely), he always puts it over, which annoys me so much that I 'fix' it. When I used to read 'Ann Landers', this topic was always in her letters!

I have to have it under. If it is placed on wrong...I will switch it .We had this converstion at work

This is a highly debated topic in our house!!

I like it over - my Dh likes it under. So we compromised - whoever changes the role gets to decide. And since my DH NEVER changes the role - it is always over!
