Exactly - paying losts of $$$$ and going off on random diatribes about anything rational (ie. medicine) = enlightenment

They would worship her, but she had an epidural during the birth - so she was actually demoted. She can only move up if she pretends Tom is straight while constantly smiling and ending all sentences with fantastic or amazing
