overwhelmed!
I was on top of everything, and I just started a new job after grad school in an Emergency Department in the Bronx, and now I'm trying to play catch up with a year to go!! At this point and knowing how little time I have between doubles and no time off except for weekends, I'm trying to juggle finding a new apartment and planning the wedding. I originally thought picking all inclusive was a better deal, and now I'm just looking for convenience. Is this bad? To me, and my future husband, we feel like a good party is the main goal,... it'll be a special day for the both of us regardless, in our opinion. I'm just looking for the most bang for the least inconvenience regarding how much time spent in planning. Input? Suggestions? We're going to check out Mansion at WV Sayville this weekend, as well as Swan Club. Any other suggestions as we try to trek all of our preferential venues in one day on Saturday? We're looking for good, inexpensive price with the most quality. Any responses would be greatly appreciated! Really miss being able to scout around the forum! Cheers all!

I'm doing all inclusive, it has really made life so.much easier!!! In my opinion! When I was looking though lessings didn't offer the all inclusive so I didn't really look into them. There are a ton of places that do the all inclusive packages now! I'll send you fm.with the list! Good luck!!!

West Sayville is definitely worth checking out – I hope it went well! We did not choose their all-inclusive option but I have heard good things about the vendors. Find out when their next bridal showcase is – all of the house vendors are usually there.I don’t blame you for feeling stressed but I honestly think you have enough time to pull off a great wedding, even with a crazy schedule! I’m not sure what your budget is, but have you considered a wedding planner or coordinator? I honestly didn’t think I needed or could afford one but now I am so glad I have one! We have a coordinator (Cloud Nove) just for the day of the wedding, but our contract includes unlimited e-mail and phone time. I have shot her a number of e-mails just to ask for a 2nd option or to see if she has any feedback about particular vendors and it’s been very helpful and reassuring.
Good luck!

East Wind offers all-inclusive in the North and Southampton rooms all year round. They also offer it in the Cottage and Estate Jan/Feb/Mar if you're interested in going that far out east. We were just there last weekend and it was beautiful, just not our taste in the main house and we couldn't afford the Estate in-season. Good luck!Welcome New Vendors
