YES, but it was worth it!
wrap the heels of your shoes in a single layer of saran wrap and they won't get messed up... nobody even noticed. Just remember to take it off (I left it on the whole night, which was embarassing for me, but again, no one but me even knew)
I didnt go to OWG but I went to a park and, yea, my shoes got a bit dirty, but I put flip flops on for the reception anyway
