P90X

I'm on day 10 of P90x -- I LOVE IT! I already see a difference, and I am motivated to do it everyday! I was SOOO sore the first week, but its getting easier.

We have P90X and I will say this, it's hard and you have to be motivated. 6 days a week is the program. If you are looking for something similar but without weights, just really crazy cardio, check out Insanity. That man is crazy. The work out is great though. Both will get you results if you do the work.
