Didn't buy it...but my FH knows I wanted it and made several calls. When I got home, he surprised me with it. He's so cute.

yeah! someone made me a copy to, I also have a copy of hip hop abs and insanity.

was thinking of doing hip hop abs for a few weeks then switching to one or the other

ur chest is going to kill even more tomorrow ... the first day i did it, i kept waking up at night whenever i went to turn over, bc my arms and chest hurt so much! it does get better the next time you do chest and back though... i made it thru 2 weeks and then christmas came lol

I got the new Jeannette Jenkins Bootcamp Ultra dvd... it's one of the new Jane Fonda workout dvds that doesn't actually have Jane in them just younger girls.... let me tell you, I felt like I was going to die right there in my living room.... I am soooo sore already and I just did it this afternoon!!!!


Definitely recommend it! I have 287 days to get in shape!
