What type of clothing should I bring to Bora Bora ? I don't want to over pack. Will I need anything dressy or mostly casual stuff like shorts, etc? Thanks ladies!

over packing...there is no way to avoid it
i would take casual stuff...but if you are going to be eating at any special resturants you might want to see if they have a 'dress code'

I'm going to Moorea/Bora Bora/Tahaa and I have heard it is very casual there even in the nicer restaurants. Men can wear shorts and a hawaiian type shirt to the nicer restaurants...or collared golf-type shirt....you can wear skirt and nice top or cute sundress. In more casual restaurants anything goes...shorts, tanks, etc. It's real casual there! But being it is your HM you may want to dress up a little - I'm def. taking quite a few sundresses.

All of the restaurants that I went to on Morrea and Bora Bora were very casual.

Definately Casual, sundresses, sandals,shorts,tanks, tees, flip flops, a pair of jeans, plenty of bathing suits.. bring one or two dressy outfits for dinner or a night out on the town.
