It is SO hard for me to not overpack!! lol, I have practically a WHOLE suitcase full of lingerie, and bathing suits, toiletries and makeup... hehe
My other suit case is loaded with shoes and clothes, dresses, pants, sweaters, cute tops, tees, and jackets
And my carryon is already to full capacity...with all my meds (there are a lot b/c of my back pain), travel info, wallet, camera, a book to read on the plane...
I CAN'T WAIT THOUGH!! IN JUST A FEW DAYS I WILL BE IN THE AMALFI COAST!! we are spending a week on the coast and a week in ROme! We are also taking a few day trips....we are meeting my friend in Florence for a day, going to Capri, and to Pompeii for a day
If you are taking any electronics take a converter?
Also...just enjoy, sounds like a fun trip

DEFINATELY!! We also packed like 8 gigs of memory cards AND our laptop! AND our camcorder, lol!
I am nervous about pickpocketers there, I hear they are GOOD....so we are even packing cable ties to tie on our zippers while we are walking around. This way no one can get into our bags. FH got a messenger bag to fit our camcorder in if we decide to take it out and so that if we are out and about i dont have to fit everything in my purse.

yes tell your FH (well will be DH) to keep his wallet in his front pocket of his pants. there are a lot of gypsies in Rome.

Re: PACKING FOR ITALY!!!
Hi there! One teeny bit of advice, if I may. Leave at least one outfit and some underwear, bras in your carry on. This way, if anything should happen to your luggage, you won't be walking around Italy in his underwear - like I had too :(
