Packing hurts

I somehow sprained my wrist while packing my kitchen with my gay tonight

I'm almost in tears it hurts so much

Garr. Of course I injured myself

if you can go to the dr or hospital so they can check it and wrap it for you

unless you know how to wrap it up yourself then do that

btw sorry i forgot to say feel better

definitely see a doctor but maybe ice it while you wait to go there... Hope you feel better!!

Take some advil ... Ice it in 20 minute increments.

You poor thing, first your finger, and now your wrist ...

i'm the queen of sprains! sprained ankle on sunday!!!

if you didn't already go to the hospital/doctor and its still painful and you can't move it...GO!!!!!!!!
you shoudl really go anyways to get it xrayed adn they can see what is wrong.
ice for 30 on every 2 hours
take motrin (can take up to 3)

I iced it overnight and it is wrapped, which is making it feel better

Unfortunately, I need to pack the apartment today and tomorrow!

I'll go to the doc Monday if it doesn't get any better

aw Ali, that stinks!!! keep on icing it today and tomorrow in between packing, it will definitely help. And take some ibuprofen to keep the swelling down before you go to the doc. I hope it feels better
