Painters?
Can anyone recommend good housepainters that will come to Manhattan? DH and I have been having some trouble getting people to call us back. Our coop requires that they be insured, and we want people who'll do a good job since it's a prewar building and there's some patching/sanding that needs to be done first. If you have any recommendations, please post or FM. TIA!
