what is the rule when pairing up bridesmaid/groomsmen
does age make a difference? does it matter if they are related ex...bridesmaid cousin to groomsmen?

There is no hard and fast rule. Generally I think it is done by height.

We haven't figured it out yet other than who the MOH and BM are and they are obviously going together. FH's cousin and her fiance are in the BP so they will be together. We'll figure everything out after our engagement party, but most likely it will be done by height.

it doesnt matter about age becuz im pair a 19yo with my bro who is 29. 10 years difference

We did BM and GM in height order and then MOH with Best Man.

Nope- I understood it too!!! That is exactly what I am doing also. My sister is my MOH and then my other sister is a BM and she will be next and then so on and so on. In order of importance in my life (not to sound rude but I hope everyone knows what I mean.)

We did it according to who they thought would get along the best with the other.

There is one bf/gf couple we're keeping together, other than that we are doing it based on who we think would look good together (including height).

i put the given couples together first (bf&gf or h&w) and then went from there (basically by height & who looks good together)....i put some cousins together & such....it's really however u want!
