I too think this is perfect picture of a bride before the wedding. You look so innocent and beautiful. Did you post other pictures of your wedding? Your profile has a picture of your mom's gown. It too looks beautiful. I'm particularly interested in the way the shawl was wrapped around her arms. Was it tied in the back or sewn into a shrug? Was she able to dance with it like that?

I was going for the innocent look....
I did post soem other pictures, but I am currently in the process of scanning all of my proofs. Have about 80 done so far, and about 400 left to go.......I will definitely post them all when I'm done, and I'm hoping to finish them soon (I've got a system now, so it goes quicker )
As for my mother's gown, she tied the shawl in back of the dress....she had it that way for the pictures and the ceremony....and tried to keep it on for the reception, but she was having so much fun dancing, that she everntually took it off...
I think I have some proofs of her without the shawl as well...I'll look for those later and see if I can show them to you.

Thank you. Have fun with the proofs. If you think it's fun now, wait til you have to narrow it down to your album selections. I get 50 for my album and I have 100 that I just have to have!

oh, we already chose our pictures for the album.....and my parents chose their's as well - we bought them an album that would accommodate 20.....they HAVE TO HAVE 40...... of ocurse!
luckily for them, they can expand the album to however many pictures they want

That's great. My problem is compounded because all my 4 children and two grandchildren were in the wedding party. I want all the good shots of them as well as us, and oh...let's not forget the bride and groom!
I'm sure it was a relief once your albums were all done and your Thank you photo was selected. If your avatar picture is any indication of the rest of your pictures, it must have been a very hard task. Did your in-laws also get to have 40 pictures? That is so hard when one set of parents wants extras.

thats a good idea... my parents are getting only 12 in their album...so they'll probably have to do the same thing
