Panama Hatties for RD... Repost from BHB

So we had our parent introduction dinner at Panama Hatties in Huntington last night. FFIL wanted to check it out for the RD..
My opinion... very fancy, very gormet, very expensive!!! A little over the top but I liked it. FH just called him and said the thought it was too $$$$ and we could find someplace cheaper. FFIL said price is no object for the RD and if I liked it he would book it. (FYI: he gave us like 1500$ for the liquor and is paying for the RD, My parents and his mother are giving us 5000 each, so I guess he feels like the wants to do his share)

SOOO we are going to book Panama Hatties for the RD! FUN FUN! One more thing to check off.

Our parents got along great My stepdad and his dad bashed ex-wives and talked about thier milatary service... marines and airforce.

My poor stepdad is the pickest eater in the whole world. They brought out crazy cheeses and some seafood (crab, raw oysters, and prawns..yum) he just sat there and ate his roll. I think he almost died when they brought out liver patte (frowar---okay can't even to begin to spell that) with breaded cauliflower!!

Poor guy was so excited when the main course came and they brought his filet mingon... OHHH it was soo small!!!!! Too bad that he didn't eat the other courses!!!

OH well... it was funny
