I almost had my e-party there my father started working with (at the time) the head chef (who told my father he was buying it- don't know if that every happened) but my parents met the Banquet manager who was VERY obnoxious and and extremely rude so they decided they didn't want to work with them - but zagats gives them an excellent review for food!

I have been there - VERY good food and excellent service! I think they change the menu frequently. Enjoy!

My parents went and loved it! Its not cheap...but the food they said was wonderful!

Also, there is a dessert that you must order when you order your appitizer...Im not sure what it is...but it takes that long for them to prepare!!

I've not been there yet, but it's one of my parent's absolute favorites. They usually go for the prix-fixe dinner, which is fairly expensive and gets more expensive when you add courses. They say that the food and service make it well worth it.

They rave about the cheese course and a chocolate dessert...I forgot what it's called.

Yes, last time they were there, the chef was talking about buying the place.

Thanks Ladies - we're going there for Valentine's Day. FH made the reservations and I had never even heard of it (I'm new to LI). Now I'm looking forward to it!

Zagat gives it I believe a 27 or so for food so that should mean it is excellent

A friend had her wedding there!
I have never been there but heard GREAT things about it!

I love the food there. Great restaurant!! The food is eclectic. There are about 4 courses. The prix fixe is great because you get an appetizer, salad, meal and dessert for one price. And they include some mini courses in between.
