Panic

I'm officially two months until the wedding and I can say that I just had my first panic attack.

All of the major items have been decided for months (venue, band, photographer, dress, hair/makeup, etc) but now it's time to decide all of the little things and I'm panicking that I'm not going to get it all done. I've been thinking about things for so long and now that I actually have to make a decision I'm panicking that (a) its too late to actually decide something and (b) I'm going to make the wrong choice.

Please tell me I'm not alone.

Panic

You are not alone but writing everything out so you have something to check off will help you feel more in control. Try to do something every week

Panic

Yes writing it down really helps. By nature I'm very type A and overly anxious so when I do something with a list it helps. It decreases stress to check items off the list. Another thing I do sometimes is write when I will do something in my planner. That way I know I have a specific date to complete a task. My mission this week is to order my favors and get my address list to the calligrapher!

Panic

You're not alone. I've had the big things booked for over a year and now I'm thinking of all the other things and panic. Sometimes I panic that the big things aren't really booked, like in going to call and confirm and they won't know what I'm talking about lol.

Panic

Thanks so much! I make tons of lists and that certainly helps - but i'm more worried that i'm going to forget something big and then get to the day of the wedding...and my dress isnt there or something like that. i know that everything will get done - its just stressing me out.

This! I have lists for everything lol. List of DIY, List of to do's, List of things still left to purchase, list of things to remember to bring to the hotel lol. So far keeping stress to a min. so it's working for me.
