Re: Panic Attacks
Well what did you say each of the six times you called? I have panic problems... But not really related to the wedding.

Re: Panic Attacks
I think it happens with at least one thing to all brides. I must've called/emailed my photographer at least 4 times to confirm after I changed my date!!

Re: Panic Attacks
i have been getting attacks ever since we booked our hall, they are really frightening.... they gave some medication to take when i think one is coming on, I hate it, they really scare me, i havent had any really badones lately but now everything that i worry about not even wedding related gets me... any it come on out of blue even when your watching tv or just about to fall asleep, it had nothing to do with you doing at the time when the attack comes one.... i can't wait for the wedding to be over just so they go away, but then i'll be owrrying about mortgage and stuff.... IT SUX GROWING UP... well sometimes it does

Re: Panic Attacks
I had one during Christmas time when I went shopping with my dad. I realized that the next time I was going to see him was in March, only 8 weeks before the wedding and I would be having my first dress fitting. It all seemed so close and I freaked out. But I am okay since then.

Re: Panic Attacks
IT'S OK TO PANIC BUT IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO HELP YOU CALM DOWN THEM TELL YOURSELF TO STEP BACK COUNT TO 10 AND THEN MAKE A CALL! MY MOH HAS TOLD ME THIS IS THE MOST SHE EVER WORKED FOR A BRIDE BEFORE! I AM BAD WITH PANIC ATTACKS AND NEED TO TAKE MEDS AT TIMES TO CALM ME DOWN! BUT I HAVE BEEN DOING OK BY DOING THE COUNTING THING.. IT REALLY SEEMS TO WORK TALK TO SOMEONE TO CALM DOWN!

Re: Panic Attacks
I am so paranoid that the bridal shop ordered the wrong gown too. I ve called everyday for about a week. Finally my mom called b/c she couldnt take hearing me panic about this, she asked the store to mail a picture of the gown they ordered. And yes I am still worried about the color and if it is indeed the dress I tried on! It is crazy!

Re: Panic Attacks
I am glad I am not the only one getting these!!! I think it is a combination of me being excited but really nervous that everything is going to go okay!! My FH thinks I am crazy and just keeps telling me to calm down!!

Re: Panic Attacks
I have had them in the past. You will NOT faint from them, nor is it a heart attack. They went away with meds and I stopped them a while ago. They have begun to surface again with wedding planning and I am trying to take it easy because I don't want them on Wedding Day! Usually it helps for me to talk to FH. He can pretty much help me through any situation.
