ok so im getting married in august so should i wear panty hose or not??? is anyone else wearing them or no? i dont want to sweat my behind off but my mom said i should..

I'm a bit worried about blisters... my skin is really sensitive to that... but like everyone else, I had pantyhose.... I like the thighigh idea.... gotta think about it, and check out the blister factor of my mules....

why did your mom say you should wear panyhose? Are you wearing close toed shoes that would hurt without pantyhose?
I am getting married in July & like you DO NOT WANT to be more hot than I have to be so I am wearing open toes shoes without pantyhose
I disagree with some of the girls-- Ilike stocking and such--it can be sexy-- but not in the summer!

I hate mantyhose, and since you don't see under the dress anyway, I am just going to be comfortable, and not wear them.

I got married in June and expected it to be humid so I hadn't planned on wearing pantyhose, esp since I was wearing open-toe shoes. Then a few weeks before the wedding I realized that the weather was rather cool and I decided to pick up a pair of the toeless pantyhose. It ended up being windy that day and I did wear them, so I'm glad I got them. If you end up not needing them you can always use them for something else at a later date, better to have and not need then to not have and go without.

I hate them, they are sooooo uncomfy, especially in the summer ewwwwwwwww they make you feel ikky and sticky, lol. I dont think I will be wearing any on my wedding day

I got married on the coldest day of the year with a dress that was one layer of silk. Every undergarment would show right through - including any type of underwear. Panty hose was a must based on my dress' style and time of year. Popular opinion never swayed me.
