Can you girls suggest a place where I can get paper for our church programs.
Is it cheaper to do your own program or have someone else do it for you?

I got my paper at Pick Quick Papers on 110 in Farmingdale. The paper there is very reasonable and they have a great selection! I would say its probably cheaper to do your own!

Re: Paper for Programs
we did our own and bought the paper at Staples. They had the perfect paper for our fall themed wedding. I don't have a picture on my computer at work though. But they came out amazing! It only cost me about $25 for the paper and $20 for the ribbon. MUCH cheaper to do them myself!

I'm in the same boat as you are. We're looking for old parchment paper for our menu scrolls. Some places online are sooo expensive for the kind of paper we want. We're still looking.
We did our own. We bought the program paper for the covers at Staples. I believe it's 50 sheets for $20 or something like that. Then for the inserts I used the leftover paper we used for the tissue pouches. Then bought ribbon at AC Moore.

When I was considering going the DIY route with my invitations I went To this store in the city, and I think you can also purchase on line, but Since I live in the city I thought it would be better to go to the store so that I can feel the paper and mix and match. HTH

thats where my friend (thanks teach2be!) took me to get our paper. it's a great store, but it can be overwhelming if you dont know what you want! good prices too :)
