I almost forgot to ask about this Has anyone ever used paper lanterns for an indoor party? I thought it would be cool to decorate with. If not on the ceiling, then maybe on the table. Any suggestions?

do a search for paper lanterns... there was someone not long ago that posted pics of them... i LOVE LOVE LOVE the paper lanterns...
those are pretty! i was going to use white paper lanterns. i thought that would be pretty once the uplighting is on. they glow so nicely with uplighting

i like the idea, but my biggest question would be -- who would put them up? if you have a DOC that can do it, great. but otherwise who?

yeah i was going to say these are in color but for a wedding i would go with all white...

a florist by me does it so i was going to check her out and if not that florist thenn icould possibly ask my bridesmaids. the wedding is at night so maybe they can do it for me? i haven't really thought that far into it as far as setup goes hahaha

I actually found some nice ones at Walmart but I saw some at Big Lots that were basically the same but a little higher priced...

Oh I also need to see if I can hang them at my RH...some places you can't do that. If that happens, I will have to use them as centerpieces instead which can be cool too

I haven't decided if I am using them inside but I am planning on using them for our outdoor cocktail hour. I'm going to hang some over where the food is served during the CH.

i love paper lanterns !! but never seen them on th parties i've been to. i think it's fine to use them indoors!
