Help! I just purchased my gown at Paradise. Some one told me that they heard bad things about them. Is this true? Has anyone else used them?
I didn't use them but I did go there and try on a few things. The lady that helped me..her name was Paulina and she was really nice. I didn't get any bad vibes at all there.
Thats where I got my dress too!! (I just ordered it so I have no idea how they will be yet)
My friend ordered her gown there, it just came in and she's had no problems so far. She was going to order her BM dresses there but before everyone had sent in their measurements the dress was discontinued. We all received our deposits back with no questions asked.
i ordered my dress and BM dress there, the lady who helped me was great... i also purchased a BM dress there... alterations were a bit annoying, but what place isnt... there is one nasty woman in there that if i met her before i placed my order i would have gone elsewhere... but that was just her... every place has its positive and negative comments... you cant please everyone!

I ordered a bridesmaid's dress from them with no problems and my friend got her gown there and loved them!!
I ordered my dress, veil and taira (sp?) from them, so far they have been really nice :) My dress just came in and they let me book my first fitting like 3 months in advance lol I am so excited!
Biggest complaint was I had to wait every time I went for a fitting. Otherwise everything was pretty good!
