Service was good- usually a little slow. My dress needed quite a bit of alterations although I wasn't thrilled with the personality of the person who did them, in the end my dress fit great and we were very happy!

i went there to look....but hated them!!!!! id never give them a penny. my sales girl made me feel like a real jack A--!! when i was trying on she didnt know my friend was there and she said oh can we help someone whos on a budget?! ahhhh helllooooo i told you 2k or less?! how is that a low ball #....theres tons for that price! then she kept telling me i looked great in anything and everything! i know that i cant do pleats or halter and on purpse i tried it on....looks like balls on me! she tells me oh babe this is it?! girls there laughed as well as i did! anything to make a buck there!!!!

I had a great experience there- I used Paulina and she was an absolute sweetheart- she made me feel like a beautiful princess. She showed only dresses that were in my price range (2K and under) and was always patient and helpful. I didn't get my alterations done there though, so I can't give any thoughts on that part. Would definitely recommend them for a good shopping experience, though.

i had the same experience!!!! my friend even said that to me. she was like she'll tell you a brown bag looks good just to make a sale. i think her name was Paulina. She actually just called me to 'check up' or soemthing. I went there twice and di not care for the place.
