Has anyone used Paradise Bridal in Patchogue. They seem to stock the dresses that I want for my bridesmaids and myself...but I havent heard much about them. What does everyone think???

I am using them for my dress (not BMs) Don't like their customer service. Was told when I purchased the dress it would come it in 8 months....10 months later they said 'we order the dresses so they come in 6 weeks before the wedding'....
WHAT!?
So my huge deposit can sit in your bank account collecting interest for a year? I don't think so! It's coming in in June now and I can't wait to get it out of that store!

Everyone I know that has gone there has had a horrible experience, wont go into detail. But just be cautious! ... Good luck!

They told me 6 weeks prior and it came in 3 1/2 months prior.

my FMIL was going to order her dress from them. They said they would call her by nex week with a price, never heard from them.

My friend went there and she so far has had a good experience. I think it really depends on who helps you.

My mom got her gown there for my sister's wedding last year -- they were great to deal with UNTIL they got her money. Then forget it. Alterations were bad and LATE -- she was picking up her dress on th way to the airport to fly to my sisters.
I went in just to try gowns on (fully knowing I woul never order from them) and another bride was in there and they completely lied to her face (I heard them tell her two different things about buying a discontinued style off the rack). It was so unprofessional they way they handled the situation that my sales girl just looked at me and said -- well I guess you won't be purchasing your dress here. I simply answered No.

I ordered my dress, my BM and my moms dress...everything Was fine until someone did not put me on hold and I found out my dress came in January 21 but they were not telling me that it was in until my brides maid dresses came in which was last week...
Then it was difficult to get a fitting. Other than that I had an OK experience
