I need to get 4 of theese bad boys. It is really costly, so I was thinking of telling our parents they had to buy their own. What are you ladies doing?

We had to get an extra parent album (my parents are separated) and we are going to take a few extra pics and frame them for their gifts.

My photographer suggested dvd so thats what we are doing instead and think about it they dont have to carry anything around. They can just bring to a friends house and but right in dvd player......

we are paying $600 buckeroos for parent albums, i actually thought of doing them myself, but i was kiddin myself, knowing me, theyd get their albums a year later, i am a huge procrastinator.....lol and my parents live in florida so theyre gonna want to show their friends there. so we sucked it up and got them.

My mom actually told me she didn't want one. She said she wanted just a couple of 8x10's instead. So I was able to save money on that. She brought up a good point- albums just end up in a drawer or in a closet. But the 8x10's she can hang on the wall and enjoy everyday. Plus it's cheaper!

2 albums come with my package. My parents love the ones of my brother and sister's wedding and so I didn't NOT want to do them. I only orded 2 so I'll have to improvize for the one for my FFIL since they aren't together.

My parents are paying and they don't want them. We had it added in the contract the price if they did buy them later. My parents prefer pictures on the wall. As far as his parents, if they want one they'll have to pay.

They were in the package we got, along with a DVD. I know my bro/SIL didn't do a parent album or a picture for my parents & they were kind of upset about it. I figure its the least we can do for our parents.
