we need three too and plan on getting them from shutterfly or a similar site dont see it costing over 50-60 each.
I think if we add a parent album they are around $250?
I don't remember how much the parent albums are, but you could always make your own on kodakgallery or shutterfly!
I have the same problem but they r nice and everything but what the FH and i r going to do is one nice picture of the both of us and blow it up and just give the parents that ...makes it so much easier then the parent albums plus my mom and mother in law told me that they would never really look at it ...so there is really no point
I agree not to settle - but that just sounds ridiculously high! I got a full package including vidio - album parent albums - ty notes if wanted - if not they would throw something else in - free epics on and on for a little over 1K what you'[d just be paying for the albums - perhaps since it's so high priced you could ask them to throw in a third or something? ETA: I have the same situation - we are giving FMIL the parent album and making shutterfly album for FFIL - since neither FIL is contributing to the wedding - nor did FFIL ever contribute to FH's child support at all - he's lucky he's getting anything

Thanks everyone! I like the idea of doing it through a website but I am worried about offending the FILs, whose son ordered them the fancy ones through their photog.
One photographer that I am really interested in charges 700+ per parent album.... that's 2100 just on parent albums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()

I am worried that I will end up having to settle on a photographer whose work I don't like as much, to compensate for the cost of the albums.![]()
I';m not sure we are doing parent albums at all. I see them as more of a gift - and FH's family is contributing nothing, and my parents are paying for the dj and my dress. I think we might buy cheap digital frames and put weddings pics on those for them.
