Parent Gifts? Help
My fiance and I are paying for our whole wedding. His parents have done absolutely nothing to contribute nor do they ask questions or care to help. My Mom has been amazing and despite her not being able to contribute too much financially, has been my rock and SO helpful. I am paying for her makeup to get professionally done the day of the wedding. Because they are my parents I would like to get them a small gift as a thank you for being so supportive. Do we have to get his parents something? Am I being a brat? lolDoes anyone have suggestions for something to get his parents that they will appreciate and doesn't cost more than $50?
Thank you!

What about picture frames to put your wedding picture in? Etsy has beautiful personalized frames for father of the bride, etc. I am giving them a framed engagement photo of us, parent albums and a framed picture of their choosing from the wedding.

Alex and Ani has bracelets for $25 (I think there is a mom one too) and then you could get his dad like personalized cuff links for under $25

It's frustrating so you're not being a brat! I agree to just get them something small, just to say thank you for welcoming me into your family. the post above me was a good idea for gifts!

Neither of our fams have much money to contribute, and we are paying for it ourselves. I am helping my family with some of the travel expenses and hair or makeup. Wil get them some an album of the photos. They have been great and trying to help as much as they can.

Are you having parent albums made? If not, maybe make one for them on Shutterfly? They aren't that much money.

honestly I am in the same boat and I'm not getting any of our parents anything. This is our day and if you want to do something personal for your mom that's what I am going to do but if it's important to him then he can get his parents a little something. especially if they're not even involved.
